        The Prindle Lake Association (PLA) feel fortunate to be living on one of the most beautiful small lakes in central Massachusetts.  We hope that you will share this pleasure with us. 
    Water sports such as swimming, fishing, sailing, canoeing, windsurfing, paddle boating, and kayaking are enjoyed by many. To preserve the beauty of our lake, no gasoline or other fuel powered motorboats, jet skis, snowmobiles or other vehicles are permitted on the lake. Only electric powered motors up to 5hp are allowed. In developing and maintaining your property, we ask that you consider our Healthy Lake Recommendations to keep our lake flourishing.
     We have included on the site additional information on the Prindle Lake Association. We hope that you will join in the support of our lake.

Boat Launch:
Launch is off a town park area on the pond. Parking for at least 10 vehicles.

 48 Prindle Hill Road, Charlton, MA 01507
Put-In Directions (9.4 miles, 13 minutes):
From Exit 9 Sturbridge of the Massachusetts Turnpike (Rt. 90)
  1. At the end of the ramp head southwest on Interstate 84
  2. At mile 1.3, take exit 3A to merge onto Route 20 East/Charlton Road toward Charlton
  3. At mile 6.8, at a stop light, turn right toward Route169 South.
  4. At mile 8.2, turn left onto Snake Hill Road.
  5. At mile 8.6, turn right onto Carpenter Hill Road.

  6. At mile 8.8, Turn left onto T Hall Road.
  7. At mile 8.9, turn right onto Prindle Hill Road.

  8. At mile 9.4, arrive at Prindle Pond Park.​
Plenty of parking in this paved lot.
Walk your car top boat down the grass and through the gate to the water.
