[1] Bedell Bridge State Park Launch - Mile 253.2

       Altitude: 388 feet
Description: 
     Bedell Bridge State Park is a 38-acre park located along the Connecticut River. The park was the site of a historic two-span covered bridge, the second longest in the country. The Burrtuss bridge, which connected New Hampshire to Vermont, was destroyed by wind in 1979 and is no longer there. A Fish and Game boat launch is located within the park.

Directions (7.9 miles, 15 minutes):
From Interstate 91 Exit 16 Bradford/Barre:
  1. At mile 0.2, at the end of the ramp, turn right onto Route 25 South (signs for US-5/Piermont NH/Bradford/Newbury)
  2. At mile 1.2, cross the CT River on the Piermont Bridge.
  3. At mile 1.6, turn left onto River Road.
  4. At mile 5.5, at the stop sign, turn left onto Route 10 North/Route 25 East.
  5. At mile 7.0, turn left onto the gravel Meadow Road.
  6. At mile 7.5, turn left to stay on Meadow Road.
  7. Enter Bedell Bridge State Park and continue to the launch area.
Easy access to this gravel parking area and launch.

    Just before the river takes a sharp turn west southwest within view of Piermont village to the east on the New Hampshire bank and just above the mouth of Eastman Brook.

       Altitude: 381 feet
Description: 
Gravel parking for about 16 vehicles with trailers.
The Pastures Campground ​is next to the landing.

Directions ( 1.5 miles, 4 minutes):
From Interstate 91 Exit 15 Ascutney/Windsor:
  1. At the end of the ramp, turn right onto Lake Morey Road.
  2. At mile 0.3, turn left onto Route 5 North (Main Street).
  3. At mile 0.8, turn right onto Route 25A East and cross the bridge over the CT River.
  4. At mile 1.0, turn right onto Route 10 South/Route 25A E.
  5. At mile 1.4, turn right onto Boat Landing gravel road. Just past The Pastures Camping.
  6. Travel to the end and arrive at the landing.
Easy access to this gravel parking area and launch.

[2] Bugbee Landing - Mile 246.9   
Position:  43-58.79 N 72-07.35 W
       Altitude: 384 feet
Description:
        Small dock and unimproved ramp at the mouth of Waits River. Access off Doe Meadow Rd by driving through fairgrounds.
      The school allows camping in a mowed area adjacent to the boat launch.
          Very basic site, no amenities. However, it is an easy walk into town from here, and restrooms are available near the recreation fields.  You must paddle up the Waits River to access the site.

Directions ( 2.3 miles, 5 minutes):
​From Interstate 91 Exit 16 Bradford/Barre:
  1. At mile 0.3, at the end of the ramp, turn right onto Route 25 South (signs for US-5/Piermont NH/Bradford/Newbury)
  2. At mile 0.8, at a stop light, turn left onto Route 5 North.
  3. At mile 2.0, turn right onto Doe Lane. (toward the Bradford Golf Club)
  4. At mile 2.2, enter Memorial Park.
  5. At mile 2.3, arrive at the boat ramp.
